What is your return policy?

All sales are final and returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to read through item listings and descriptions before making your purchase.

Where do orders ship from?

How do you ship your orders?

At the time of purchase, the buyer chooses an option for shipping their package. When orders are sent out, shipping confirmation emails are sent at the same time.
We also offer international shipping using USPS First Class Mail International. Any duties incurred at customs are the assumed responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by us.

I entered my shipping information wrong, what do I do?

Please fill out the form on our Contact page as soon as possible so we can catch it before it ships. If the order has already shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to correct your order.

My order was incorrect or damaged upon arrival?

All orders are inspected for quality before packaging, but if your product is damaged during shipping, please fill out the form on our Contact page within 7 days to request an exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please be aware that COVID-19 is currently affecting shipping times and causing delays, especially with international orders

Tracking says my order was delivered, but never arrived?

Once the order is out for shipment, the order is no longer in our possession and we have no control over it. Please double check your mailing address is correct on your order. If you did not receive your order because of an incorrect address was on your order, you will responsible for reshipping costs. If your address was correct, please contact your local post office for help locating your order. Package theft is not covered by our shipping insurance.
