When will I be charged monthly?

• We charge your first month when you sign up and on the 15th of every month afterwards.

When is the cutoff to receive this month's exclusive pins?

• Your payment must be processed before the the last day of the month in order to receive that month's exclusive pins. 

 

What if I have an International shipping address?

• International orders must still pay for shipping costs on their orders at this time. 

 

Are the products from the membership ever made available to non-members?

• Pins released as part of the Pin King Royalty Club are considered Limited Edition and are not available for purchase individually until at least one month after they're released to members. Limited Edition pins are not guaranteed to ever be made available to non-club members. 

 

How do I cancel my membership?

• You can cancel your membership at any time from the Customer Orders Page.
